PS selection by spectral diversity

Hi, I am running the IPTA demo: IPTA_demo_PALSAR2_Ticino. I find I can only select much fewer PS points compared with the demo's result but I am using the exact same commands and parameters as the demo. For example, when the minimum threshold for sp_cc is set to 0.34, I got 389957 ps points but the demo got 802938. I attach the scripts I use and the result here.
