Get .SLC from level 1 single look complex product available from EOLISA

Hello everyone!
I have downloaded ERS-2 data in SAR_IMS_1P (sinle look complex) format from the EOLISA software.
I have been unable to extract parameter file and the SLC data using program: ERS_ESA_SLC
Can someone help regarding this?
The error message obtained is:
