Issues related to geocoding
Added by Tapas Dey over 6 years ago
Dear All,
While I am resampling the simulated sar image to radar geometry using 'geocode' program, in the output, after some lines, the remaining lines are coming as completely black.
For this reason, an error is coming in 'init_offsetm' step as follows:
"ERROR: number of zero values in MLI-2 image patch exceeds threshold: 131072"
I am unable to figure out the solution. Kindly help.
Thanks & regards,
Tapas Dey

Issue is solved. I was feeding interferometric parameter file by mistake while geocoding the mli file. That created all the problems.
Thanks

In the geocode program you can specify the number of lines that the output image should have.
In the case where you are projecting from the map coordinates to radar slant-range coordinates, the output image should
have the dimensions of the slant range radar image. You may get blank lines if the DEM does not cover the area covered by the radar image.
