SLC_coreg_TOPS problem with the number of the bursts
Added by Gy Lona over 6 years ago
Dear Charles,
I try to coregister two Sentinel scenes from the same orbit (DESC. relative orbit:153) with the S1_coreg_TOPS script, however the process gives an error and an empty diff.bmp file. As I can read it out from the log files, the problem might be caused the second swath (IW2), as the number of the bursts of the two scenes are not equal (master with 10 and slave with 9 bursts). The SLC_interp_lt_S1_TOPS output says: WARNING m2burst(): specified burst 9 outside of valid range 0 ->8.
Could you please suggest me any solution for this? I am attaching the terminal and the SLC_interp_lt_S1_TOPS outputs.
Thanks for looking into this,
Ilona

Hello, the output attachements you refer to are not in the message.
The program SLC_copy_S1_TOPS can be used to copy appropriate bursts, though
there may be something special in your situation.
The script S1_burst_tab can be used to calculate the burst tab.
There is also the script S1_BURST_tab_from_zipfile that you can try. See the
HTML documentation

Charles

Dear Charles,
Thank you very much for your suggestion, the coregistration worked well after I cut one burst from the master scene.
Best regards,
Ilona
